Cancellation & Return Policy

At Vishwakrma Ayurvedic, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To do this, please go to the "My Orders" section of your account and select the "Cancel Order" option.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, be eligible for a return as described below.
Return Policy
We accept returns under specific conditions due to the nature of our products:
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- Unopened Products: We may accept returns for certain unopened and sealed products (like supplements in sealed bottles) within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Herbal powders, oils, and other products sold in loose packaging.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
