Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Return Policy

We accept returns under specific conditions due to the nature of our products:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  2. Unopened Products: We may accept returns for certain unopened and sealed products (like supplements in sealed bottles) within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
