Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for our Ayurvedic products.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Herbal powders (churnas) and oils that are sold in loose or unsealed packaging.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
Return Process
To initiate a return for an eligible product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a full refund or replacement.
