Order Processing Time
We process orders promptly to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on a business day are typically processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders across India. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier II & III Cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Shipping Charges
We strive to keep shipping costs reasonable:
- A standard shipping fee is applied to all orders based on weight and location.
- Free Shipping is available for all prepaid orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999). This will be clearly indicated at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional handling fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can easily track its journey:
- You will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
- You can also find tracking information in the "My Orders" section of your account on our website.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All items are packed securely in durable, tamper-proof packaging to protect them during transit.
